Follow motherboard power sequence, Memory power IC RT8120D Boot and VCC foot has no power, Track VCC foot connection goes to PQ13 MOS. 12V power at 1,2,3 foot of PO13 MOS 11V at 4 foot and no power output from 5,6,7,8 foot to memory IC. PQ13 is mos p channel and gate foot 4 goes to IC Q4, 12V star output to memory power IC after removal Q4 IC . motherboard star power on.
